The Silverstar installation has a stainless steel chassis and is covered with aluminum. Additionally, the outside is covered with a blue skin plate. This is a synthetic layer, which is sprayed on the aluminum plate and gives an exceptional and protective finishing touch to the Silverstar.

The construction is developed in such a way that all functional elements (motors, reduction gears, limit switches, products) are protected against water ingress. The Silverstar is controlled by a PLC. This way, several programs are pre-programmed by default in the machine and the operation is very straightforward. The Silverstar installation comes in three different sizes: 380 cm and 440 cm.
